How It Works The photographer uses a camera with a fisheye lens to snap two 180° pictures. The two images are “stitched” together to create a full 360° panorama. Saved as a QuickTime movie file, each room can be viewed in full perspective. We photograph every room including contents of open closets and cabinets. In addition, we take a comprehensive series of still pictures to further present a thorough record of personal assets.
How Its Delivered Copies of the CD are provided for the property owner to distribute to their family, trusted neighbors and professionals. The CD is organized according to the contents of each room with instructions for use. Helpful forms are provided to keep inventory on paper as well as a visual record.
We recommend you store your Insurance Inventory binder in a waterproof, fireproof safe.
How To Prepare To expedite our time, please have your home photo ready: straightened, lights turned on and display special items on a table for closer detailed photographs.
